WireReady ("WireReady," "we," "us") is a study app that helps electricians prepare for certification and licensing exams. We built WireReady to need as little of your personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

2How We Use Your Information

We use this information only to operate WireReady — to save your progress, deliver study content, show your stats, and keep the app working. We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data.

3Where Your Data Lives & Security

Study content is bundled in the app. Your progress is stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is enabled, in your own Apple iCloud account via iCloud Key-Value storage. We do not run our own servers for your study data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we design WireReady to collect as little as possible.

4We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. WireReady does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

5Third-Party Services

WireReady relies on Apple platform services, including Sign in with Apple and iCloud Key-Value storage. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's terms and privacy policy also apply. Their handling of your data is governed by Apple's policies.

6Children's Privacy

WireReady is intended for adult tradespeople and apprentices preparing for licensing exams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR). To request this, email us. You can also remove the app from your device; locally stored progress can be cleared by deleting the app.

8Data Retention

Progress data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. iCloud Key-Value data, if synced, is managed through your Apple account.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the app.
