By downloading or using WireReady (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WireReady provides study content for electrical certification and licensing exams, including flashcards, adaptive learn, match, practice tests, mock exams, a searchable glossary, and progress tracking. Content is provided for general educational use and may be updated, changed, or removed at any time.
WireReady is a learning and self-assessment tool. Exam formats, passing scores, and adopted code editions vary by state and testing vendor. We make no representation that the App's content matches any specific exam, and we are not responsible for exam results or licensing outcomes. Nothing in the App is electrical, engineering, or legal advice.
Sign in with Apple is optional but recommended to save progress. You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping your Apple ID secure. You agree to be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or to use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
WireReady is currently free to download and includes the study content described in the App. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, purchases will be processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms. We do not process payment cards directly.
You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from the App's content; reverse-engineer the App; or use it in any unlawful way. The study content is licensed to you for personal exam preparation only.
The App, its design, and its original content (questions, explanations, glossary, and other materials) are owned by WireReady and protected by intellectual-property laws. NEC and NFPA 70 are trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association; WireReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFPA.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or current with every jurisdiction's adopted code.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WireReady and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from exam results, licensing decisions, or reliance on the App's content. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WireReady and its owners from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
These Terms are between you and WireReady, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard EULA (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
